    Don Goff

    President

    Don is a Virginia-certified paramedic and firefighter, dedicating more than 25 years to serving his community. As a Virginia State EMS Education Coordinator, he shares his expertise by teaching EMT classes at a local high school in Winchester, VA, preparing the next generation of first responders. Don is also a certified CPR and AED instructor and brings extensive skill and training in incident command response. In addition to his emergency services work, he is both a licensed amateur radio operator and a licensed GMRS operator, further strengthening his ability to support communication during critical situations. Don’s depth of emergency response experience and leadership strengthens the foundation by enhancing its ability to provide rapid emergency response, support incident command operations, and conduct effective search and rescue efforts.

    Karen Goff

    CFO and Secretary

    Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Policy Management from Georgetown University. She has over 27 years of experience in performance auditing of federal programs, in addition to being a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. Karen is also a licensed realtor in Virginia and a licensed amateur radio and GMRS operator. She has dedicated her time to volunteer service, including roles as treasurer and fundraising coordinator for Kaleb’s Cub Scout pack and secretary for her local elementary school’s parent-teacher organization. Karen’s professional expertise and leadership strengthens the foundation by providing the strong administrative support needed to sustain and grow its mission.
